Wargamerabbit tracked to the warren!

Found it.  Wargamerabbit joined my blog as a follower very recently, but Blogger has a really annoying habit of not showing you full details of someone's profile when you click on their thumbnail.  However, the rabbit has posted a battle report on TMP that has allowed me, crafty hunter that I am, to trace him home to his Wordpress warren here.  Pure chance, of course...

  1. Aha!!! Good to know I am not the only one with this problem. Some of the links not being live are down to the blogger his/her self not making their blog public..so the avatar is "dead"..sometimes it won´t even show recent activity and sometimes blogger just screws up. I´ve tested people´s avatars ..just the odd one or two that I am following or they are following me..I know they are "live" but sometimes the link is down..

  2. Hi Paul, good to hear from you. Your explanation makes sense. I suppose it's just one of those Blogger idiosyncracies...

  3. Paul,
Must have been the furry tail......Thank you for visiting my site and bookmarking. As a "young bunny" in the blogging world...but old wargamer, I am still learning the modern ways. Enjoyed reading your recent Seleucid vs. Indian AAR. Maybe my group will try the same armies for a COE game soon. Poked around in your scenario files...Interesting possibilities for future actions here in California.
I noted that my Follower link had no cross linking to my site...so corrected. Another item to remember in the blogging word.

    Cheers, tail wriggle....

  4. Hi Michael, thanks for looking in; glad you found something of use. Funnily enough, I've just applied for a job in Santa Cruz!

    Cheers

  5. Paul,

340 miles on old Interstate 5 from the warren. Nice afternoon drive in the "big carrot"*. There is gaming in the SF bay area, plus a group in the Central valley of CA. So, best on the job opportunity. Being..P/T myself (not by choice), I know the issues of the job hunt.
